A friend sent me the following video of some amazing shadow puppetry backed by the music of A Wonderful World.
The youtube description describes it as:
Australia’s only unusualist, Raymond Crowe offers a captivating combination of visual comedy, ventriloquism, shadow puppetry and magic.
Disney seems to have hit a winner with it’s High School Musical. The success of the first film seemed to catch them off guard, with them rushing to get elements of it into it’s theme parks very quickly in order to cash in on the success. These were then slowly sorted out and became a more polished feature within the parks.
Now they’re hitting success again with the second movie as High School Musical 2 set a record for the most watched basic cable broadcast ever. 17.2 million people tuned in to see if Troy and Gabriella would stay together and exactly how bad Sharpay could be.
The Premiere for High School Musical 2 was held at the Disneyland Resort. They distributed the following video podcast of the event:
Last night I was at the cinema and caught the new Run Fat Boy Run teaser starring Simon Pegg. It made me & all my friends laugh – which is always a good sign – especially for a British Comedy!
I think the main draw for this film is going to be Simon Pegg after his success with Shaun of the Dead & Hot Fuzz – it’s probably one of the main reason I’d head to see it.
Incase you haven’t seen it yet, here is the trailer for Run Fat Boy Run. Just, why did they have to make those shorts so small & tight! Urgh!

I know deal or no deal has somehow been a popular TV show, but is an arcade game just taking it too far?
From the sounds of the video, this guy was just having an unlucky game, but I wonder how ‘rigged’ the arcade machine actually is. I’d imagine it will give a lot more low amounts out than high amounts, but I suppose this could be said for a lot of arcade machines.
This game requires no skill and is base purely on luck and on what the odds are as set by the computer.
I saw this video on techcrunch and it made me think. It really is very strange.
However, is something like this going to work? Are people more likely to use a search engine because they saw an advert for it, or are they going to stick to the one they’re happy with?
I, like probably many others, have google as my homepage. I’m not going to be changing it to ask.com just because I’ve seen this commercial.
It’s like all their ‘The Algorithm’ poster ads. Do they really work? How many people actually know what they’re going on about?
For all you Nintendo fans out there, have a look at this video for some Nintendo theme tunes as you’ve never seen or heard them before! It’s amazing what they manage to achieve:
Yes, it’s another Bill Bailey video, but he is a genius so I’ll let myself off!
This one is a cockney medley put to some clips from Lost & they work together very well.
