Good news for all us geeks who are up to the early hours of the morning, research has shown that the recommended 8 hours sleep a day, may not be all that great and has very little grounding.
A six-year study Kripke headed up of more than a million adults ages 30 to 102 showed that people who get only 6 to 7 hours a night have a lower death rate than those who get 8 hours of sleep.

Easton sports has launched the worlds first bike featuring nanotechnology products.
The bike is 23% lighter than the previous lightest model and weighs just 960 grams.
The Van Nuys, California-based firm introduced the first aluminium products into sports equipment the 1930s and moved into composite materials in the 1980s (a little behind F1 technology at the time). Now, however, Easton is ahead of the game again with the launch of a bicycle featuring carbon nanotube technology. Carbon nanotubes are tiny cylinders of carbon atoms that have 100 times the strength of steel but weigh considerably less.
