Warner Bros. began selling its movies and TV shows over the Internet video site Guba.com Monday, marking the second deal the studio has made to distribute content over Web sites that have offered pirated video in the past.
The first deal had them linking up with bittorrent to try and figure out a way of distributing their content that way.
Both deals are aimed at appealing to younger consumers who watch shows on computers or portable devices.

Pirates of the Caribbean, the popular Disney theme park attraction brought to the big screen in Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl, welcomed new characters and elements today from the blockbuster entertainment franchise as part of a spectacular, star-studded world premiere for Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest at Disneyland in Southern California.The attraction officially re-opens to guests at Disneyland on June 26 and in Florida’s Magic Kingdom on July 7.

Additionally, in late June, guests sailing on a Disney Cruise Line vacation will find a 175-foot ghost ship, The Flying Dutchman, anchored at Disney’s private island Castaway Cay.The actual movie set piece from the new film provides the perfect setting and an incredible backdrop for would-be pirates.
I will be personally riding the ride in october at the Magic Kingdom and can’t wait to see what they’ve done. Before the films it was often a ride that was hidden away fairly well so didn’t get too many queues, but I can see that changing!
A video of the ride can be found in by blog post below and it’s great to see how they’ve maintained and updated most of the ride, but kept the old style there.

Video of Johnny Depp riding and interaction with the new additions to Disneyland’s Pirates of the Carribean ride.
The audioanimatronics there look very cool and very realistic. It’s also good to see how the ride hasn’t changed that much, so can still hold memories for those who have previously ridden it.

Today is the 43rd anniversary of the opening of the Enchanted Tiki Room at Disneyland and the attraction is still as popular as ever. The first show to make extensive use Audioanimatronics®, it has been many a wide-eyed child’s initial introduction to tiki culture and spawned sister versions at Disney’s Florida and Tokyo parks as well.
